What do membership fees cost?
The annual subscription is currently $70. This entitles members to use our clubrooms and have their work fired in our kilns.
What do the materials cost?
We purchase clay in bulk for sale to members. The clay comes in 12.5kg or 20kg bags, and the cost of a bag varies from $47 to $69, depending on distinguishing features. Prices are available in the clubrooms.

The club provides a range of glazes: their cost is included in the cost of firing.
When is the pottery club open?
Club day is Thursday, when the clubrooms are open 10.00am. till 1.30pm. Weekend workshops are held from time to time.
The rooms are available for use by individual members at all other times. Once familiar with our equipment and its use, new members can request a key, and when their request is approved by the committee, use the club rooms at will as long as they are not occupied by a class or workshop.
Does the pottery club offer formal
tuition?
The club provides formal courses of tuition from time to time, and informal tutoring throughout the year. If you wish to come along please phone Yo Watson on 027 443 1131 or email yolandawatson166@gmail.com
